Clubroom Hire
The Shirley Tennis Clubrooms are available for private hire throughout the year. A maximum of 80 people are permitted inside the clubroom. The Clubrooms have plenty of natural light, and a heat pump is installed for use as required. A good number of seats and trestle tables are available for use.
Please note the Clubrooms are not available on Saturday afternoons, or Tuesday mornings throughout the year.
Kitchen facilities
The kitchen has an oven, microwave, and fridge for food preparation and a zip for hot drinks.
Licenced Bar
The Club bar must be used as part of any bookings requiring alcohol, and the hirer will be required to pay for a Club-appointed Bar Manager to operate the bar. Personal alcohol is not permitted on the Club premises. The bar is licenced from 11am - 11pm seven days a week. Final drinks would be served at 10.30pm and the hirer is expected to have the clubrooms tidied and vacated by 11.30pm.

The refundable $200 bond is required to be paid immediately upon confirmation of the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than ten working days prior to the hire date.
The Clubrooms must be left clean and tidy and with no damage to the building or equipment. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, damage, repairs or replacement of damaged or missing Club property.
** A special Bar Licence is required when a non-member hires the Clubrooms. NOTE - the application needs to be lodged 20 working days before the scheduled event
